Seed funding for research-practice projects
Queen Mary’s Centre invites researchers at the Faculties of Humanities, Law, Theology and Social Sciences to apply for seed funding for projects focused on policy, practice and impact.
The MaryCentre is experiencing increased interest in the annual start-up funds pool, where 4-5 projects receive a grant of up to DKK 200,000.
Therefore, this year the MaryCentre is busy updating the start-up process, so that it can keep up with the increase in the most academically strong applications we receive.
Stay tuned to our platforms for more information and the new date for our Open Call, which will come early next year.
We look forward to receiving your applications in 2025!
The purpose of the seed funding is to:
Promote research-practice collaboration and innovative approaches to the co-creation of projects with external actors;
Support promising new projects to secure external funding in the long term;
Contribute to research and knowledge that addresses current political and societal issues and reach a broad and relevant audience.
In this round, we expect to support 4-5 projects with up to 200,000 DKK each.
The deadline for applications is 24 May 2023.
